Covid-19

As of Monday, May 2nd, 2022 we will be lifting our mask mandate while in our building. If you would prefer to wear yours, you are welcome. You are also welcomed to ask your service provider to wear theirs if it makes you more comfortable during your service. We will continue to monitor the cases in our area and if we notice a spike in cases, we will reinstate the mask policy if felt needed.

Cancellation Policy

We do ask that if you are feeling ill or fear you may have come in contact with someone positive for Covid-19 please call to reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 5 days after your symptoms have ceased. We also ask that you be considerate of our therapists and where possible provide us with at least a 24-hour cancellation notice. A 50% deposit is required for your first appointment with us and will be credited towards your first completed service. Any following appointments, a credit card or gift certificate will be required in order to schedule your appointment but will not be charged unless the 24hr cancellation policy has not been met. If that is the case, then half of the service(s) charge will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file. If there is not a credit card or gift certificate is not on file, future appointments will not be able to be scheduled until previous cancellation fee is paid.
